Telehealth Consultations: Convenient virtual appointments to accommodate busy schedules and provide accessible care from the comfort of your home.

Home visits: Face to Face appointments in the comfort of your own home. Available to families living within 8km of St Helena (3088). Suburbs that home visits apply include: Eltham, Eltham North, Diamond Creek, Greensborough, St Helena, Bundoora, Plenty, Briar Hill, Montmorency, Watsonia, Research, Yallambie, Wattle Glen, Lower Plenty, Yarrambat, Mill Park, Viewbank, Macleod, Kangaroo Ground, South Morang, Banyule, Hurstbridge, Rosanna, Templestowe, Kingsbury and Doreen. Travel fees apply.

We are proud to support families who are participants of the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS).

Our services for NDIS participants include:

  • NDIS Plan Management: Assistance with navigating NDIS funding for nutrition-related supports.

  • Specialised Nutrition Plans: Tailored nutrition plans to address the specific dietary needs and health goals of children with disabilities.

  • Tube Feeding Management: Tailored tube feeding plans for short term (nasogastric tubes) and long term (PEG) feeding tubes, including support for commencing blenderised tube feeding

  • Collaborative Care: Working closely with allied health professionals and support coordinators to ensure integrated care and holistic support for NDIS participants.
